Accounting & Bookkeeping

Monthly bookkeeping, IFRS/BFRS financial statement preparation, MIS reporting, historical backlog cleanup, and accounting software setup.

Service Overview

Growing SMEs, startups, and foreign subsidiaries in Bangladesh often struggle with fragmented spreadsheets, unrecorded withholding taxes, and delayed monthly closes. Without structured books that align simultaneously with IFRS/BFRS and Bangladesh’s tax/VAT rules, management lacks visibility into real margins and cash flow.

M.S. Salekin & Co. provides outsourced monthly bookkeeping, financial statement compilation, management information system (MIS) packs, and historical accounting cleanup—giving your leadership team clean, audit-ready financial records every month.

Who This Service Is For

  • SMEs, startups, and trading firms seeking professional finance function management without hiring a full in-house team
  • Foreign subsidiaries, Branch Offices, and Liaison Offices needing dual reporting (local BDT books + group IFRS packs)
  • Companies with historical accounting backlogs preparing for statutory audit, bank financing, or investor due diligence
  • Enterprises migrating from manual ledgers or spreadsheets to TallyPrime, QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books
